wahahah. another day just flew by.JUST like that,
what is most meaningful today?
I successfully SCRUBBED, SOAPED and RINSED my beloved adidas shoes that was stepped on during the TVXQ concert last december. and also dirtied with sand during my trip to egypt.
and now its pearly white CLEAN x)
i have a sense of satisfaction! *woots*! =D
To end off 14th jan 2008? i SAW a star formation under singapore SKIES!
its really beautiful. (:
afew days ago.. lauretta jie was explaining the star constellations and formations as she is taking astronomy as an elective. and she told me abt the ORION which was a constellation and blah blah. dunno wad nebula* opps. i dont understand. but what i know is the it has a triple star formation and spread cross with 2 more stars at the left and right together forming a CROSS shape and with many more other stars it forms ORION.
and whats more. i remembered seeing it in under the skies of EGYPT! i knew that it has to be something as the stars was shining so brightly and at that particular formation*as i only remembered a CROSS*
BUT. today! ican ASSURE/CONFIRM that what i saw today is really the ORION.
i googled it and here's what i found (:

Latin: Orion
For most observers Orion is the most impressive constellation of the sky, no doubt. With its large number of bright stars and the distinct group given by the three belt stars it is easy to find in the winter sky. In mid-january Orion culminates at about 22 h local time. Observers located at the terrestrial equator can see the constellation marching through the zenith; the belt stars are at a declination of about 0 degrees. Orion's position is also close to the galactic equator, you already can see dense star fields in the upper left corner.
Orion offers a wealth of interesting and famous objects like the great Orion Nebula M 42/43 and the Horsehead Nebula (at IC 434). The brightest star is Rigel (Beta Orionis), visible in the lower right. Against the convention, that greek letters are given in order of intensity, the second bright star Beteigeuze is named Alpha Orionis (Orions left 'shoulder').
